Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellations
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be charged a fee or may not be eligible
for a refund.
2. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
4. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Provider Cancellations
If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen reasons, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
