1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours may only receive a partial refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, promotional offers, or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Payment Method

Refunds will always be made to the same payment method used during booking. We do not provide refunds in cash or to alternate accounts.

5. Provider-Initiated Refunds

If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
